COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

If you believe that you have not been awarded the right amount of compensation or you are not on the list of entitled persons for the payout, you may use the complaint procedure.

The complaint form which, once completed, should be sent to the address of the Financial Market Guarantee System, can be downloaded in docx format or in html format(in CZ only). For complaint forms, an officially certified signature is not required.
